One of our pet peeves is that you visit websites like this and you never know how much things
are going to cost. Our main product is websites. A complete site usually costs you $599 which
includes just about everything you need to have a great site that is unique to you.
The extra costs are for a domain name --usually $8.99 per year,
hosting, which for us includes tech support and changes is $30
per month and optional IDX* (Your company and other companies listings on
your website) which costs $39.99 per month.

Custom Websites: $599
Includes complete site with custom text, hand picked pictures or your pictures, unique look and
feel, can include subdivision pages, company marketing pieces, mortgage rates and calculator, special reports,
custom forms, photo galleries, videos or audio, testimonials, custom written "About You" page, and Search
Engine friendly key words and design. We can make the site almost any way you want within reason. See our

 Now sites can also be built with Wordpress (the world's most popular blog platform) the same
great features of our original custom sites with even more search engine benefits and you can have the option
to make changes yourself or we will make them for you. Custom sites built on Wordpress now include the

Automatic Blog for Real Estate Agents: $175
Complete blog program for real estate agents. This revolutionary program makes blogging
unbelievably easy. It tells you what to write, when to right and sends you reminders to blog. Includes phone
and email support. Options and customizations are available for this program so call for details. Can be used
as a stand alone website. See Example- Live Site Home page can be a blog page or traditional static page
Custom Facebook Fan Pages: $99
Separate your personal life from your business. Change in Facebook as of March 11, 2011 makes it
possible to have an actual website on Facebook. Visitors can search from your site. Important information
doesn't need to be buried way down on your wall. Only $10 per month for new customers and a discounted amount
for current customers. Comes with phone and email support. See our client sites.
Hosting: $30 per month
Includes tech support --we will make the changes for you - You talk to us
directly and most changes and pages are included. You always talk to the same person who designed your
site, understands your business and technology
*Optional IDX: (Listings from your company and other companies) We represent some of the
industry best IDX vendors starting at $39.99 per month with no set up fees and month to month
contracts. IDX is not available in all areas.
Template sites either reworked or brand new: $599-$650
After the big sales pitch, you buy a
template site and all of a sudden you realize that it is the same as 30,000 other sites. We will write the content,
add graphics and a custom look. How much we can do depends on which template company you have.
Custom Photography: Call for pricing (Minimum $50)
We include graphics in your
site at no charge and we can include your pictures at no charge (we will even edit them for
you). However, custom photography is available. The reason you would want this service is that you
are too busy but you want specific area pictures or landmarks included. Depending on what you want we will go
out and get the shots.
Other Services
Search Engine Optimization: call for details
We make your site as search engine friendly as possible using relevant key words and tags but we are not a
search engine optimization company. We will be glad to refer you to experts in the field.
