An E-Newsletter or a print one, done right is a great way to stay in touch with past, current and potential
clients and to build a relationship with them. Here are some of the newsletters that I have sent out over the years
that might stimulate some ideas for you.
Real Estate Changes - discusses all the changes that
keep happening in real estate and how to deal with them. Tech Tip repeats the tip to check
websites and blogs in both Firefox and Internet Explorer suggests having both installed on your computer.
Olympics, Super Bowl and Real Estate
- uses the big soprting events to discuss social networking, niche marketing, and having the right
equipment to compete in today's challenging real estate Market. Tech Tip points out that it is not
a good idea to copy information used in your website or blog directly from Word because of superfulous code
included. It is better to use Notepad or enter information directly into your site.

Caribou? - suggests that agents' websites should focus on what clients want- listings unique
community information and specialized subjects like short sales and foreclosures. Tech
tip recommends using a countdown timer may stimuate action from buyers considering using

5 little used ideas to improve agent websites or blogs. Tech Tip says that Windows 7 is OK.
Real Estate Alaska Style - analizes the similarirties
of working in the current real estate market and compares it to living and working in Alaska. There are some big
rewards if you can stick it out. Tech Tip explains how to use whois to find and manage domain
names.
30 Days of Real Estate Website
Tips - offers a month of tips to make real estate websites better. The tips have
something for agents of all levels and cover a wide range of topics. Tech Tip suggests that real
estate agents check their websites in both Internet Explorer and Firefox as the browsers often display sites
differently.
Graduation Had Two Real Estate
Lessons - uses graduation and a couple of bad commencement speeches to reinforce the effort it takes
to make it in real estate and encourages agents to make their websites valuable to vistors. Tech
Tip suggests agents check links on their websites to make sure they are not broken and that they are
